Mediterranean diet for Weight Loss and to prevent Heart Attack:
Mediterranean diet principally a plant based diet consists of fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, legumes and pulses, grains, pasta and/or bread, olive oil, nuts, herbs and spices, wine, sea food like fish, mollusk, shell fish, salmon fish, yoghurt, Sheep’s cheese, etc.,
The point I want to make here is that it recommends regular physical activity apart from suggesting to drink more than 2 litres of water per day. But also do pay close attention on consumption of red meat ( eat in very low quantities), sweets and pultry.
Perhaps most importantly, avoid processed and junk foods.
